Fork & Flask is an independent guide to food and wine travel. We're not a travel agency or a tour operator — we don't sell trips, run tours, or take bookings. We research the routes and destinations, read the official sources, and write honest guides so you can plan and book your own trip with confidence.
How we stay honest
We only point you toward things we'd genuinely choose ourselves — and we say so plainly when something is overhyped, overpriced, or not worth your time. There are no paid placements dressed up as advice, and no operator pays to be featured here.
How this site is funded
It isn't, currently — and that's deliberate. There are no affiliate links, no sponsored placements and no ads anywhere on the site, so nothing we write is shaped by a commission. Details in our privacy notice.
